Ploughing in Palestine (1947)
In 1947 Harry Charles Farmer is stationed with the British Army in Palestine during the last period of the British Mandate. He is a keen photographer and takes many photos. One can see shoeshine men, farmers, bus queues, camel drivers, and sheepherders and so much more from Palestine. The photos are a moving record of a time long past and places long gone.
